Ability to make or receive inbound or outbound sales calls from home and perform all the duties of a sales executive.

Experience managing a sales team selling over the phone or directly.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Internet connection (preferably cable, FIOS or DSL) and an unlimited phone calling plan.

Excellent Computer Literacy, Internet Navigation and E-mail manipulation skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to converse and follow up with business decision makers.

Goal driven and hard working.

Ability to follow a set program of instructions efficiently.

Preferred But Not Required

Excellent sales closing skills over the phone.

Experience in closing business clients over the phone for high ticket items.

College Degree in technology or business related field.

Have developed and maintained a referral database of leads for a sales team in prior employment.

Has sold ticket items at price points of a thousand dollars or more and has trained others to do so as well.
